ServiceNow Business Analyst

One of Millenilink’s clients is hiring a ServiceNow Business Analyst for a 4-month contract. This a remote opportunity working Eastern Standard Time. The successful candidate must have strong BA experience with the ServiceNow platform and ideally specific experience with ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM). They will be working in an agile work environment and must have experience managing user stories and doing some advisory work with the client. In order to qualify for this opportunity, candidates MUST have:

• Business Analyst experience doing a ServiceNow implementation or migration

• Proven work experience with ServiceNow platform as well as working knowledge of Business Continuity Management (BCM) module

• Experience working in an agile environment and running proper sprints

• Experience working with the client to create user stories and manage workflow

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Strong ability to be client-facing and where necessary take on an advisory role

Nice to Have

• Work experience with ServiceNow BCM
